Service Description

*** First 3 orders are $1.75/lb*** Our standard Wash & Fold service is perfect for your weekly laundry routine. We pick up your clothes, carefully sort them by color and fabric, then wash, dry, and fold everything to perfection using high-quality, skin-safe detergents. Clothes are delivered back to you within 72 hours — fresh, clean, and ready to wear. We’ll pick up your laundry at the time you select. Your items will be cleaned and delivered back within 72 hours. This booking reserves your pickup slot, not a 72-hour session. ✅ A minimum of 10 lbs per order applies. ✅ Final total is calculated after weighing your laundry. ✅ You’ll receive a secure payment link via email or text once your laundry has been weighed. ✅ Payment is required before delivery or pickup.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements: Book at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day service available if booked by 12 PM (extra fee applies). Minimum 10 lb required for Wash & Fold. Orders under 10 lb are charged a $19.90 minimum. -------------------------- Pickup & Delivery: Standard hours: 8 AM – 8 PM (Monday–Saturday). Delivery fee: $5 for orders under $50. Free for members and orders $50+. Missed pickups due to client unavailability may incur a $7 rescheduling fee. -------------------------- Laundry Handling: Please separate items needing special care or label them clearly. We are not responsible for damage caused by: - Items left in pockets - Unlabeled delicates - Color bleeding *Fragrance-free and eco-friendly detergent available upon request (+$2 per order)). -------------------------- Turnaround Times: Regular Wash & Fold: 24–48 hours Same-Day Service: Returned the same day Bedding/Delicates: 2–3 days Delays may occur during busy periods or holidays. -------------------------- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancel or reschedule at least 8 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may incur a $7 fee. Same-day bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. -------------------------- Payment & Membership: Payment is due when booking. We accept debit, credit, and e-transfer. Membership plans offer discounts, priority service, and free delivery. Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. -------------------------- Lost or Damaged Items: Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
